It was approximately 3:30 p.m. when Sean Lisonbee, 22, was riding a motorcycle to the south on Harrison Boulevard, and another southbound vehicle, described as a dark green or blue minivan, struck him and dragged him for quite some distance before leaving the scene. Lisonbee was not wearing a helmet at the time and sustained severe injuries. As of Thursday, May 14, Lisonbee remains hospitalized in serious condition.

Timothy Gordon was riding a scooter on Orange Avenue Bridge when a white car struck him and then fled the scene. The force of the impact was so great that parts of the car were imbedded in the scooter. Gordon was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. Police are trying to find the driver responsible for the crash. Gordon was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.

Thomas Robert Beaulieu was driving southbound on Blanding Boulevard near Suzanne Drive at 2:5o p.m. when another vehicle turned in front of him, forcing him to take evasive action. Beaulieu was thrown from his bike and suffered brain damage, and died two weeks later. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
