The California Highway Patrol confirmed two men and two women were inside a car that crashed Friday night. The CHP said the driver, 36-year-old Robert Frederick, was traveling at high speeds when he veered off Highway 44 and rolled his car several times. The crash happened near Tompata Trail around 9:20 p.m. A witness helped the four people inside get out before the car erupted in flames. On Sunday the CHP said the woman killed in the crash was 16-20 weeks pregnant. All four people were taken to Mercy Medical Center, including one by helicopter.

The 33-year-old woman who was killed in a crash Sunday morning has been identified as Shannon Lee Pool from Las Vegas, according to the Clark County Coroner's office. The crash occurred shortly before 3 a.m. near Mountain Vista Street and Russell Road.

An 82-year-old woman was killed Sunday afternoon when the minivan she was riding in crashed and flipped onto its roof in the village of North Syracuse, police said. Geraldine Gardner was pronounced dead at the scene, North Syracuse police said. Gardner was a passenger in a gray Dodge Journey minivan. Dominic Bellardina was driving the minivan north on South Bay Road at 1:44 p.m. Sunday when he crashed into the passenger's side of a white Toyota 4Runner driven by Donald Therre, village police said.

A Boise man died early Friday morning when his car flipped on Highway 78 near Marsing. Idaho State Police say 64-year-old Kenneth Slack was headed eastbound at about 12:35 a.m. when he lost control. Slack's Ford Expedition veered off the road onto the right shoulder rolled. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The man was wearing his seatbelt when the crash happened, police say. The crash remains under investigation.

A Pueblo West man was killed in a crash in Fremont County on Thursday. The crash happened on Hwy 50, about seven miles east of Cañon City, around 11 a.m. The Colorado State Patrol says 78-year-old Walter Giffin overcorrected his car, causing it to rollover. Giffin was killed. The crash is still under investigation, but troopers don't believe alcohol or speed were factors in the crash.

Two people were killed in a single-car crash in Prowers County Thursday. The crash happened around 1 p.m. on Hwy 50 near milepost 434. The Colorado State Patrol says 17-year-old Jordan Burk of Boulder and 17-year-old Cassidy Wallace of Lamar were killed when their car rolled. Troopers believe the driver was speeding, but are still investigating the crash.

The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the young girl killed in the rollover crash Wednesday morning as 9-year-old Gabriela Casias. Her cause of death is still pending. The 9-year-old girl was killed when the SUV she was riding in rolled over on I-15 northbound near D Street at around 8 a.m. According to Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Loy Hixson, a 22-year-old woman was driving the vehicle and there were six children as passengers, all were under the age of 10. Three of the children were ejected from the vehicle, including Gabriela Casias. A 6-year-old girl was critically injured.

Former Auburn University football star Philip Lutzenkirchen reportedly died in a car accident on Sunday. Georgia State Patrol say that 22-year-old Joseph Ian Davis and 23-year-old Philip Lutzenkirchen were killed in the accident, which occurred at 3 a.m. at the intersection of Upper Springs Road and Lower Springs Road in Troup County in Georgia. State Patrol officers say that the 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe, that Davis was driving, failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection.

A roadside memorial set up Wednesday on Monson Road remembered Wilbraham residents Nolan Toski and Nathan Raffol, who lost their lives at the site in a car accident Tuesday night. Tanner Chapdelaine, who stopped by the site, described Raffol as "one of my best friends. ... He was probably one of the funniest kids I know."

The Colorado State Patrol is looking for a driver who fled the scene of a fatal crash near Cuchara in Huerfano County. Trooper Art Gumke says 25-year-old Ambre Cassio, of Pueblo, was killed when the pickup truck she was in went off the side of Colorado 12, crashed into a tree and rolled onto its roof late Saturday. Investigators believe alcohol was involved in the crash. It’s unclear what injuries the driver might have.
