New York, NYTroopers arrived on scene and discovered that the driver of a 1996 Honda, Alvin T. Banks, age 52, of Cortlandt, New York, had backed into a 2006 Honda CRV and attempted to flee the scene at about 8:30 p.m. Following a detailed investigation, it was discovered that Banks was intoxicated at the time of the crash. He was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Auto Accident. Further investigation revealed that Banks was assaulted by Glenn Gennodie, age 45, of Brewster, New York, following the accident.

Sunday, October 26, 2014Perla Avina was a passenger in a passenger Toyota Camry driven by her husband. They were driving home from the grocery store on Sunday afternoon when the incident occurred. Details are unclear at this time, but some sort of confrontation occurred as the couple was driving on 98th Avenue near Edes in Oakland shortly after 12 pm. After the confrontation, another car pulled up alongside the Avinas' black Toyota Camry, firing mulitple rounds into the car.

A group had just wrapped up celebrating a woman’s upcoming birthday when they say a driver struck that woman near 2nd and Wyoming Streets in Philadelphia’s Feltonville neighborhood and kept driving
Tracy Robinson, 31, was struck and remained hospitalized at Einstein Hospital Thursday morning.
