Alcohol is suspected in the death Tuesday of a Mansfield man who was ejected from his vehicle during a rollover crash on state Highway 3015, state police said today in a news release. The victim, David Sudds Jr., 60, was pronounced dead at the scene. A toxicology sample was taken and submitted for analysis to determine alcohol use. The crash was reported around 6 p.m. A preliminary investigation by Troop G indicates Sudds, the driver of a 1992 Dodge pickup truck, lost control, exited the roadway and began overturning multiple times.

The California Highway Patrol has identified the 66-year-old Copperopolis man arrested after a head-on motorcycle collision with a vehicle on Highway 1 north on Sunday. Anthony Perez was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence shortly after his motorcycle collided with another vehicle near 41st Avenue shortly after 5 p.m., CHP officer Leland Adkins said Monday.

Brannon was a passenger on an ATV when the vehicle ran off the west side of Tee Road, hit a tree, flipped, and hit a second tree. Brannon was pronounced dead at the scene. The 19-year-old driver of the vehicle was taken to Harrison County Hospital with a non-life-threatening head wound and road rash, said Officer Kyle Reas with the Harrison County Sheriff's Department.

Authorities said two dump truck drivers died in a head-on collision Wednesday morning near Mattawa in Grant County. The Grant County Sheriff’s Office asked drivers to avoid the area near Road O SW and Road 27 SW where the two trucks collided head-on and caught fire. Deputies said the truck driven by 53-year-old Bruce Patnode of Yakima crossed the center-line of Road O SW and crashed into the oncoming dump truck driven by 45-year-old Dale Peters of Selah. Both men were ejected from their trucks and died at the scene according to deputies.

A woman from Wauchula has died in an accident on Interstate 75 in Alachua County. According to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol, Linda Myrick, 63, and McArthur Myrick, 69, were traveling northbound on I-75, just past the 406 mile marker. Another car went off the road and struck the front of the Myricks' 2005 Titan causing it to overturn. Linda Myrick was thrown from the car. She was not wearing a seatbelt. She died from her injuries. McArthur Myrick was partially ejected and transported to UF Health in critical condition.

Tennessee woman Miranda M. Flowers was the victim of a deadly three-vehicle crash on Interstate 65 in Hardin County on Sunday. She and her husband Gerald Flowers Jr., 43, were traveling south on seperate Harley Davidson motorcycles on I-65 when for unknown reasons, traffic began to slow near the Glendale exit. They attempted to swerve to avoid hitting a Ford Expedition driven by Angela J. Mitchell, 33, of Louisville.

A man ripping down a Bronx street on an all-terrain vehicle was killed Saturday when he struck an SUV, officials said. The man, identified by his uncle as Anthony Perez, 33, was riding the blue Yamaha ATV and trying to pass a Ford Explorer that was making a turn into an underground garage on Broadway near W. 259th St. in Riverdale at 5:30 p.m. Witnesses said the ATV driver hit the SUV and was thrown from his vehicle. The quad landed upside-down on the sidewalk next to the man’s helmet. Paramedics rushed Perez to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Yonkers, where he died of his injuries.

A 51-year-old man died in a one-vehicle rollover crash early Thursday in Wyandotte County, authorities said. The fatality victim was identified as Erwin Potts, of Kansas City, Kan. The accident occurred at 5:13 a.m. on northbound Interstate 635, just south of Parallel. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Potts was driving a 1992 Chevrolet sport utility vehicle north on I-635 when the driver’s side tire separated, causing the vehicle to go into the right ditch. Potts was ejected from the vehicle when it overturned. Potts was taken to The University of Kansas Hospital, where he died.

One person was in critical condition and three others were seriously injured after a truck ran off a west Uintah County road and rolled. Uintah County sheriff’s Corporal Brian Fletcher said the accident occurred 4 p.m. Wednesday when the driver, a 24-year-old Myton man, lost control of the westbound vehicle and crashed at 5000 N. 2500 East. One person, ejected as the truck rolled, was flown by medical helicopter to a Salt Lake City hospital in critical condition. Three other occupants were taken to Uintah Basin Medical Center in Vernal with serious injuries.

Yellowstone County officials have released the name of a man who died in a rollover crash on an Interstate 94 frontage road near Pompeys Pillar. The coroner's office tells KULR-TV that 24-year-old Josh Lowe of Custer died early Thursday. The patrol says the crash happened between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. Troopers say Lowe was westbound on Custer Frontage Road when he lost control of his car, overcorrected and rolled the vehicle. Lowe was thrown from the car and died at the scene. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
