Saturday, July 11, 2015A single-vehicle accident in northern Bay County has killed a Georgia woman. The collision happened about 6:55 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, on Interstate 75 in Pinconning Township. Kala Marie Partello, 25, was traveling north on I-75 when she lost control of her vehicle which rolled multiple times in the median, ejecting Partello who was pronounced deceased at the crash site. Neither alcohol nor drugs appear to be a factor in the accident, but law enforcement suspects that Partello fell asleep at the wheel.

Friday, December 19, 2014A single vehicle rollover crash at approximately 6:00 PM on December 19th caused I-75 in Kawkawlin Township to be closed for most of the evening. It is unclear at this time how many people were in the car and what the extent of their injuries are, however it was reported that the Jaws of Life were used to extricate an occupant inthe vehicle.
