10 people, including children taken to hospitals after rollover crash

Ten people, including at least six children, have been taken to area hospitals after a van rolled over on I-75 in Bay County. The crash happened early Wednesday afternoon near Kitchen Road, in Fraser Township. The sheriff tells us several of the kids were thrown out of the van as it rolled. They were riding in the back cargo area of the van and were not wearing seatbelts. Two of the passengers had to be flown in medical helicopters to Covenant HealthCare in Saginaw.
