Birmingham, ALWilliam Fredrick Evans Jr. was driving erratically and at a high rate of speed on Highway 31 at 10:50 p.m. when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a traffic sign, then crossed Morris Majestic Road and hit a tree. Witnesses believe he may have been experiencing a medical emergency at the time of the crash. He was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Birmingham, ALJames Dunstonwas traveling north on U.S. 11 when he lost control of his car, left the roadway, and struck a tree. He was declared dead at the scene. Authorities believe that some sort of medical condition caused the accident.

Mobile, AL-Pensacola, FLJennifer Lucretia Stork was driving near the intersection of Railroad and West Alba streets when she hit a man riding a bicycle, and then left the scene. The man suffered serious injuries, and her license was suspended before she got behind the wheel. She was arrested and booked into Mobile County Metro Jail. Accident is still under investigation.
