Richard Forgues was driving a car in which Rhonda Forgues was a passenger east on State Route 18 at about 2:20pm when he drifted over the center line and collided with the side of a westbound car driven by William Bihn. Both Richard Forgues and Bihn were killed in the wreck, while Rhonda Forgues sustained critical injuries and was airlifted to the hospital. No other details are currently available; we will add more to this story as investigation continues.

A woman who was driving a Silverado pickup truck is dead after an acident in Wayne Township in Butler County, Ohio. The woman was driving south on Jacksonburg Road at the intersection with Ohio 73 when she failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by a large dump-truck. An additional vehicle was also struck by the dump-truck after the initial accident. The drivers of the dump truck and the car were sent to the hospital. The woman driving the pickup, however, was found dead at the scene of the accident. We will have more information on this story as new details emerge.

Debra Hohmeister of Hamilton died after a T-bone crash in Fairfield, Buter County around 7 a.m. Friday morning at the intersection of Symmes and North Gilmore roads. Preliminary reports suggests that her 1991 Honda collided with a Mack truck while going through the intersection, but the investigation is ongoing. No one else was injured in the accident. It was about 7:39am when a car driven by Rohde drifted into the oncoming lane of US 22 NW and collided with a dump truck driven by James M. Taylor, 31. Police believe that a combination of the below-freezing temperatures and blowing snow that were present at the time contributed to Rohde losing control. Taylor was uninjured in the crash, but Rohde was declared dead at the scene.

At around 12:30pm, Louann Widdoes was on Route 4 traveling northbound and entering the intersection with Brokensword Road. Jason Bell, 18, was traveling eastbound on Brokensword Road, failed to stop at a stop sign, and collided with the Widdoes' car. Both of the Widdoes' were killed in the crash, Bell, Christopher Barber, 19, and Nicholas Evans, 18, were injured and transported to Bucyrus Community Hospital, and Michelle Moore, 21, had more severe injuries and was airlifted to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.
