The woman who died in this morning's fatal accident in Fairfield has been identified as Debra Hohmeister, 44, of Hamilton, said Officer Doug Day of the Fairfield Police Department.

Debra Hohmeister of Hamilton died after a T-bone crash in Fairfield, Buter County around 7 a.m. Friday morning at the intersection of Symmes and North Gilmore roads. Preliminary reports suggests that her 1991 Honda collided with a Mack truck while going through the intersection, but the investigation is ongoing. No one else was injured in the accident.
