It was about 7:15 p.m. when a 14-year-old boy was driving an ATV through a pasture in Caddo County and crashed into a cow. As he was not wearing a helmet or a seat belt, his vehicle flipped and he sustained a severe head injury. Responders pronounced him dead at the scene.

Three people died and a fourth was critically injured in a collision Friday evening on 68th Street at Bush Creek 3 miles south of Stillwater. The crash occurred when a Chevrolet pickup that was traveling south on Bush Creek Road failed to stop at a stop sign, crashing into a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup that was westbound on 68th Street.

Just before 8 a.m. Monday on State Highway 9 approximately one mile east of Whitefield in Haskell County, a 16 year-old boy from Stigler was driving a 1999 GMC pickup east when he crossed into the westbound lane and struck a semi on its side. According to Oklahoma Highway patrol, both the pickup and the semi left the highway and came to rest in a ditch. The 16-year-old driver was ejected from the pickup and killed, while his 12 year-old passenger was injured and airlifted to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where he was last listed in stable condition with a head inury.

Elizabeth McDaniel was driving on State Highway 25 with passengers Johnathan Morton Wainwright and a 3-year-old boy when her vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Wayne Charles Robinson, 40. McDaniel and Wainwright were not wearing seat belts and suffered non-life threatening injuries. Robinson wore a seatbelt and was not hurt. The boy, whose name has not been released, was secured in a booster seat and sent to a local hospital where he died of his injuries.

Troopers said a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer was traveling east on Highway 16 in Okmulgee County when its driver, Patches Campbell, 21, of Beggs, drove off the road, overcorrected and rolled the SUV before crashing into a telephone pole. Campbell was ejected from the Trailblazer and was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers, an 18-month female and a 3-year-old male, survived the crash and were transported to an Okmulgee hospital where they were treated and released.
