Gary Ramsey, Jr., 49, of Boring, was driving the Jaguar when it crossed the centerline on Highway 20 near Albany and collided head-on with a Dodge Van driven by Billy Yutzie, 67, of Albany. Both men died. Authorities believe Yutzie was not wearing a seat belt. The cause of the crash is under investigation.  What you need to know after a serious car accident:

David Kyte was driving northbound on Highway 101 between Tillamook and Lincoln City when his vehicle struck a guardrail and rolled over.  He died at the scene. Heavy rain was falling at the time of the accident, and Kyte was not wearing a seat belt.

It was just after 10:00am when Childress was driving on westbound Highway 99, and crossed over the center line where he hit a dump truck driven by Raul Gutierrez-Torres, 43, he then exited the roadway to the right and his car came to rest upside-down in a ditch. Childress was not wearing a seat belt and ended up partially ejected from the vehicle; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Christine Schneible, 32, a passenger in Childress' car, sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized. Gutierrez-Torres was uninjured.

At about 7:40am, Gray was allegedly driving a pickup truck to the west on Highway 140 when he for some reason departed the roadway and struck a lamp post and highway sign before the pickup rolled several times and ejected Zimmer and Young-Wellbaum. None of the three occupants were wearing seat belts, but while Zimmer and Young-Wellbaum were both dead at the scene, Gray survived with injuries and was taken to a medical facility by an unknown passerby. Police ask anyone with any information about said passerby to call them at 541-883-5711.
