Jaguar crashes head-on into van near Albany, drivers killed
Both drivers were killed after a Boring man driving a Jaguar veered into oncoming traffic and hit a van head-on in Linn County Friday, police said.
Gary Ramsey, Jr., 49, of Boring, was driving the Jaguar when it crossed the centerline on Highway 20 near Albany and collided head-on with a Dodge Van driven by Billy Yutzie, 67, of Albany. Both men died. Authorities believe Yutzie was not wearing a seat belt. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
