A motorcyclist died after a Sunday morning accident on Highway 544. The rider was heading east on Highway 544 when they were hit by 1995 Acura traveling westbound and attempting to make a left turn onto Highway 17. The motorcyclist died from injuries suffered in the crash.  They were not wearing a helmet, according to authorities.

The fatal crash occurred at approximately 11:40 p.m. on US 276, just south of Travelers Rest, Keller. The moped driver, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital where he later died. The Ford driver was wearing a seat belt and is expected to fully recover. The cause of the crash is being investigated.

Craig Jeffers was riding a moped on Highway 22 in Myrtle Beach when another vehicle struck him from behind. He was taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center where he died from his injuries. He was a recent graduate of William Monroe High School in Greene County.

A motorcycle, driven by Bobby Joe Crane, collided with a pickup truck, driven by Scott Douglas, late Thursday night on Currys Lake Road in Laurens County, South Carolina. The cause of the crash has not yet been released. Crane was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene. Douglas and the two passengers in the pickup were not injured.

Natalie Shafer was traveling north around 4:15 p.m. on Neely Ferry Road when she turned left in front of a motorcycle, colliding with driver Antoinette Cummings. Cummings was not wearing a helmet and was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Shafer did not sustain any injuries.
