Cory Stokes, 18, was driving westbound on Cedar Grove Road in a 2001 Honda Accord late Saturday afternoon when his car went off the right side of the road, overcorrected, causing it to go off of left side of the road into a field. Police say the right front tire blew on the car, causing the car to roll over. Stokes was ejected through the sunroof and killed.

Joseph's mother, identified as Susan Sensing, was driving the SUV in which Joseph, his 12-year-old brother William Earls, and his stepfather David Wilson were passengers. They were driving on Old Nashville Highway at about 6:30 p.m. when they collided with a pickup truck driven by Luis Hernandez. The crash caused the family's SUV to flip onto its roof, which ejected Joseph Earls, who along with his brother was not wearing a seat belt. The family of four were all injured and taken to the hospital, though Jospeh was eventually pronounced dead.

 Brady Myers, 20, killed in car accident on State Highway 39 in McMinn County, TN when he left the road traveled through the ditch, rolled, and was ejected from the vehicle.  He was not wearing a seatbelt.  The Tennessee Highway Patrol tells Channel 3, a McMinn County man died from a fatal crash on Sunday.

At around 3:10pm, Bailey's car crossed over the center line, went up the curb on the opposite side of the road, and struck a tree which caused the vehicle to roll and eject her, as she was not wearing a seatbelt. After sustaining serious injuries, she was taken to Holston Valley Medical Center for treatment.

The teen driver of the van was taken to U.T. Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Gaston, who retired in October 2012 after serving 26 years with the Knoxville police department, wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
