Oklahoma City, OKMcKala Miner, 29, of Pawnee and a five year old girl killed, a second passenger injured in car accident with James Goblet, 23 when his Dodge struck her vehicle head on and rolled. Miner's second passenger was transported to a local hospital. Goblet was taken to Stillwater Hospital, treated, and released into trooper custody. Clint Hobbs, 26, a passenger in Goblet's vehicle, was taken to the hospital. The cause of the accident is listed as a DUI.

Tulsa, OKBrady Nguyen, 44, stated that he might have fallen asleep when his car left the road and hit a road sign on eastbound Interstate 44 at the Lewis exit in Tulsa, OK. Nguyen was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. Authorities found marijuana and a smoking device. A passenger was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
