Wilmington, NCAt about 1:09am, Woodward was driving an SUV on Carolina Beach Road when she crashed into the back of a sedan that was traveling the same direction. Fox, a passenger in the sedan that was driven by his wife, died as a result of the collision. Woodward now faces numerous charges, including DWI.

Wilmington, NCRandell Omar Foxe was driving at the intersection of Northern Blvd. and Carolina Beach Road just after 1 a.m. when he was rear-ended by 22-year-old Clarissa Woodward. Foxe died in the crash, and Woodward was charged with DWI, felony death by a motor vehicle and reckless operation.

Sunday, September 21, 2014Woita was pronounced dead at the scene, and two other passengers in the pickup that was rear-ended were taken to Bryan West Hospital, though their injuries were non-life threatening. Cazun was uninjured in the crash, and has since been arrested for DUI, refusing to take a chemical test, and reckless driving among others.
