A wrong-way driver collided with a tractor trailer early Thursday on the Chicago Skyway, spilling diesel fuel and closing all southbound lanes for more than an hour on the South Side. A female driving in a black Infinity northbound in the southbound lanes of Interstate 90 crashed with the semi about 1:30 a.m. near 76th Street, said a police News Affairs Officer. The truck spilled diesel fuel, causing a HazMat situation that temporarily closed all southbound lanes, Greer said. The expressway was reopened about 2:55 a.m.
