In Manchester, a 29-year-old Allentown woman was seriously hurt in an accident Tuesday evening at about 7:30 p.m. A Toyota Echo driven by Christine Decker, 29, of Allenstown apparently jumped lanes on North Main Street and slammed into a utility pole, police said.
