Northeast 68th Street and St. Johns Road

An SUV struck a Vancouver police car Monday morning that was blocking the site of minor traffic collision in the Minnehaha area. The man driving the SUV and his passenger were later arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property, including the SUV.
