In Springdale, new details have emerged about a fatal hit-and-run incident that happened early Monday morning at the intersection of Thompson and Meadow Avenue near Emma Avenue. The victims were identified by Arkansas State Police as 26-year-old Michael Castillo and 63-year-old Vilma Estrada.
