Toddler dies in hit and run accident
At approximately 3:30 AM today (Sunday, July 10th) troopers were notified of the crash involving a pick-up truck and a child's wagon being pulled by a woman. Inside the wagon was the woman's son.
Fatal hit-and-run suspect, 21, jailed
Thomas Fuell of Prattsville was arrested at his home Tuesday morning and was charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of an injury crash, police said.
