Blytheville man killed in Hempstead County crash

A Blytheville man was killed in a Wednesday morning crash when he lost control of his vehicle, according to an Arkansas State Police report. Kenneth L. Deason, 57, was traveling north on Arkansas 29 west of North Spruce Street in Hempstead County about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday when his vehicle traveled off the east side of Arkansas 29 and struck several trees, police said. Deason was pronounced dead at the scene.
