Male Pedestrian Hit, Killed By Vehicle In Solano County
DIXON (CBS SF) — A male pedestrian died in a collision with a vehicle Sunday afternoon in unincorporated Solano County, California Highway Patrol officials said. The first report of the collision came in at 3:55 p.m. at Porter Street and South Lincoln Street, CHP Officer Damian Cistaro said. No further details were available.
Bicyclist dies in crash; driver who hit him accused of DUI
At approximately 3:45 p.m. Sunday, the bicyclist, identified by the Solano County Coroner’s Office on Monday as Daniel Leon, 50, of Dixon, was riding eastbound on Porter Road near South Lincoln Street in Solano County. Julian Vega, 35, also of Dixon, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck on eastbound Porter Road at the same time, according to the CHP.
