Franklin D. Marsh, 33, suffered fatal injuries when the 1981 Chevrolet Malibu he was driving "made contact on a sharp turn in the roadway" with a 2005 Audi driven by Christopher P. A Goshen man was killed and the two juveniles in his car injured Friday night in a two-car collision on Route 109 near the Thomaston line, state police in Troop L in Litchfield said Saturday.
Marsh, of Goshen, was killed and the two juveniles in his car injured Friday night in a two-car collision on Route 109 near the Thomaston line, state police. Two boys, ages 13 and 17, in the car with Marsh suffered non-life-threatening injuries.and were taken by ambulance to Waterbury Hospital for treatment, police said. Their condition was not available Saturday. The other driver, Christopher P. Raymond, was not injured.
