Rajwinder Singh, 22, struck and killed by a vehicle while standing outside disabled tractor trailer parked in shoulder on Interstate 95 in Abingdon, Maryland

For reasons unknown at this time, the driver of the Camry traveled out of lane 3 onto the shoulder. Police believe Singh was walking from the rear of the trailer to the tractor when the Camry traveled onto the shoulder and hit him.
