Route 9 motorcycle crash victim was Framingham man

The motorcycle hit the guardrail a little east of the Route 85 north overpass. Witnesses told police that the 2008 Suzuki motorcycle went off the road after making a lane change. The bike was found a distance from the rider.
Officials have identified the motorcyclist killed in a Route 9 accident Wednesday as a 26-year old Framingham man. Thomas DeWolfe, 26, was killed in a motorcycle accident on Route 9 just after 7 p.m. Wednesday, according to Police Chief Kenneth M. Paulhus. The motorcycle hit the guardrail a little east of the Route 85 north overpass. Witnesses told police that the 2008 Suzuki motorcycle went off the road after making a lane change. The bike was found a distance from the rider. Mr. DeWolfe was pronounced dead at the scene by Southboro Fire and Rescue personnel, according to Chief Paulhus. A section of Route 9 from White Bagley Road west was shut down while the state police accident reconstruction team investigated the crash.
