Authorities name woman killed in Morrilton wreck
According to the state police report, 27-year-old Maranda Kay McNew was killed when her 2003 Chevrolet crossed the centerline and was struck by an oncoming Freightliner truck shortly after 8 a.m.
The driver of the truck, 47-year-old Steven Heide of Arkadelphia, was injured and taken to St. Anthony's Hospital, the report said.
