As the questioning was still taking place, a second deputy vehicle arrived as the scene, and would up colliding with the silver vehicle that was parked. It's believed the deputy couldn't see the vehicles before it was too late.
"The way the street is lined up, there's a curve that angles on O'Neil Court going up to Hunt Club Road from Two Notch," said Sgt. Brittany Scott with the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
Another vehicle driven by an 87-year-old woman then became involved in a crash.
