Riverton boy dies from injuries in motorcross crash.

A 10-year-old Riverton boy critically hurt in a weekend accident at Tooele County’s Miller Motorsports Park has died from his injuries, his family confirmed Monday.

A 10-year-old boy was flown to the hospital Saturday after he crashed a motorcycle at Miller Motorsports Park.

The boy was going off a jump in the motocross area when he crashed, said North Tooele County Fire District spokesman Ryan Willden. Firefighters were called to the Tooele park, at 2901 Sheep Lane, about 6:51 p.m.

They tended to the boy until a helicopter arrived to take him to Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. Willden did not know the extent of the boy’s injuries or where he lives.

UPDATE: The 10-year-old boy, identified as Tyce Olsen, passed away from his injuries.
