A rollover crash on state Highway 14 near Cape Horn injured a Washougal resident late Friday night, according to Washington State Patrol.
A rollover crash on state Highway 14 near Cape Horn injured a Washougal resident late Friday night, according to Washington State Patrol. Steven and Chantell Heupel were traveling west on Highway 14 when the 2000 Subaru Legacy they were in rolled and came to rest on its top after Steven Heupel, who was driving, lost control, according to police. Chantell Heupel, 20, was injured and transported to Peace Health Southwest Medical Center. Steven Heupel, 22, was not injured. Both were wearing seat belts, police said. The Washington State Patrol said the car was traveling too fast for the conditions. Drugs or alcohol were not a factor in the crash.
