Justin D. Winters, 30, dead after veering off road and driving into a tree on Keys Road near Yakima, Washington

Justin D. Winters, 30, died when he ran into a tree on Saturday afternoon. Winters was taken to the hospital where he was announced dead. The cause of the accident is still unknown. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
