A pickup spun out on I-90 while descending from the summit at Snoqualmie Pass, causing three semi-trailers to crash, according to one of the truck drivers. One of the semis tipped onto its side after he lost control trying to avoid the spun-out pickup, but the semi driver is OK. The two other semis seemed to have struck the overturned semi.

At around 9:00am, Scott was driving east on I-90 when he attempted to change lanes. Because of the icy conditions on the road, he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over, injuring both him and his passenger Rees. At about 1:00 pm, four vehicles that were westbound on I-90 stopped because of a separate accident on the highway. However, Alan Bradley, 63, failed to stop and rear-ended the rear-most vehicle, causing each vehicle to collided with the one in front of it. Later, another westbound vehicle rear-ended Bradley's vehicle. The only person injured was Lisa Bradley, 62, and she was taken to KVH Hospital, although the hospital had no records of her admittance.

At around 5:00am, Gerlach was driving on I-90 with Hedel-Ostrowski as a passenger when he began to drift into the left shoulder of the road. He then overcorrected, which caused the car to rollover two times, injuring both occupants in the process and sending them to the hospital.

S singlce-car rollover accident occured on I-90, injuring two adults and three children. Their names have not been released. Their injuries were deemed non-life-threatening, but were nonetheless transported to hosptials for treatment of their injuries.

Two troopers in a police SUV were struck by a vehicle driving the wrong way onto exit 8 eastbound on I-90 in North Greenbush, NY.  The troopers were taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital, and released.  William Danish, the driver of the other vehicle, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent and a previous DWI conviction, Danish was arraigned in North Greenbush Town Court and sent to the Rensselaer County Jail.

Bus driver Howard K. Mangis was cited for making an unsafe lane change that caused an accident about a mile east of the Snoqualmie Pass summit Friday afternoon. Mangis, 63, of Medical Lake, was driving a 2002 Prevost tour bus west on Interstate 90 when the accident occurred at about 4:20 p.m., when the bus changed lanes, striking a 2002 Lexus which was destroyed after the driver lost control and struck a jersey barrier, the State Patrol said.

Of the eight drivers and nine passengers, Ashlee Bliek was the only person injured and taken to a hospital. She was released later in the day. The accident blocked the westbound lanes of Interstate 90 from late Sunday morning until just after noon. Even after the road was cleared, the traffic delays lasted all day, with some drivers experiencing up to 90-minutes delays going over Snoqualmie Pass. At one point, the backup of cars stretched almost 10 miles on the stretch of highway outside Cle Elum.

Alcohol likely played a role in a fatal crash Friday night on the Kennedy Expressway (I-90) on the Northwest Side, police said.

Diane Adreani, 53, was driving southbound on I-90 when her vehicle crashed into the wall about 9:30 p.m. near Austin Avenue, authorities said.

Adreani, of the 7600 block of West Ardmore Avenue, was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 12:13 a.m. Saturday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
