Des Moines residents injured in I-90 crash near Cle Elum

Scott is expected to be cited for driving too fast for the road conditions, the release said.

At around 9:00am, Scott was driving east on I-90 when he attempted to change lanes. Because of the icy conditions on the road, he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over, injuring both him and his passenger Rees. Both were hospitalized, though the severity of their injuries is not yet known.
