8-year-old Logan Haden was driving on ATV on Bailey Bridge Road at about 1:00 p.m. when he accidentally backed into a utility pole guide wire, causing the vehicle to flip. After being brought to the hospital in a private vehicle, Haden was declared dead. He was apparently not wearing a helmet. No further information is available.

8-year-old Grant Robbins was driving a two-seater ATV on Emerald Avenue when he made a turn into his family's driveway and the vehicle flipped over. He was not wearing a seat belt or helmet, and was pinned by the vehicle's roll bar. Repsonders pronounced him dead at the scene.

It was just after 9:00 p.m. when a UTV driven by Kevin Harvey, 53, crashed in an off-road rollover on private property near Moffat County Road 78. One of the passengers, only identified as a 9-year-old boy, was pinned by the vehicle and sustained severe head injuries. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. Kevin Sidener, 35, and a 12-year-old girl were also passengers in the UTV, but there is no word on whether or not they were injured.

It was about 7:15 p.m. when a 14-year-old boy was driving an ATV through a pasture in Caddo County and crashed into a cow. As he was not wearing a helmet or a seat belt, his vehicle flipped and he sustained a severe head injury. Responders pronounced him dead at the scene.

10-year-old Chad Andrews was driving a miniature dirt bike west on 20th Street East, but failed to stop at the stop sign at 2nd Avenue East and drove right into the side of a southbound Honda motorcycle driven by Daniel Kendrick, 43. Andrews was thrown from his bike and critically injured; he remains in critical condition at Bayfront Medical Center. Kendrick and his passenger Tameashia Robinson, 31, both sustained serious injuries and were taken to Manatee Memorial Hospital. None of the people involved were wearing helmets at the time.

The boy was not wearing a helmet and was riding in a place he was told not to go and lost control. Fortunately, the boy's 14-year-old cousin was able to lift the quad off of him and call for help. The boy is in the Phoenix Children's Hospital and is expected to recover.
