According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Haden was not wearing a safety device at the time of the crash.
8-year-old Logan Haden was driving on ATV on Bailey Bridge Road at about 1:00 p.m. when he accidentally backed into a utility pole guide wire, causing the vehicle to flip. After being brought to the hospital in a private vehicle, Haden was declared dead. He was apparently not wearing a helmet. No further information is available.
