A 35-year-old woman died after crashing into a car wash on Saturday, Dallas police say.
The woman was found around 8:15 p.m.in the 1700 block of W. Northwest Highway.
The woman, whose name has not been released, was taken to Parkland Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead upon arrival.
At this time police have not said how the woman was found or what led to the crash.
A firefighter was fatally injured Monday night after either falling or being being knocked from an icy overpass by a vehicle in Southwest Dallas.
Dallas Fire-Rescue confirmed firefighter William Tanksley, a 14-year veteran of the department, died of his injuries. He leaves behind a wife and three children.
According to initial information, Tanksley was working at the scene of an accident at the intersection of Interstate 20 and Spur 408 when he tumbled to the pavement below. There were reports the firefighter may have been hit by a vehicle.

A police chase in Balch Springs on Sunday night ended with a crash in Dallas which left two people injured. The incident started just after 11:00 p.m. near the intersection of Peachtree Road and Dewberry Lane.

One man was killed and another injured after their vehicle struck a guard rail in South Dallas early Saturday morning.
Police responded to the scene in the 4600 block of RL Thornton Freeway at Ann Arbor Avenue at 3:18 a.m. According to police, no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The driver of the vehicle managed to exit the vehicle following the crash, but later collapsed and was pronounced deceased.
The condition of the passenger is unknown.
Authorities are still investigating to determine factors that may have contributed to the crash.
A 51-year-old man died after being hit by a car in the Love Field area early Sunday morning, police said.
The man, whose name was not released, was trying to cross the street at the 6600 block of Harry Hines Boulevard. One car, driving in the middle lane, swerved to the left to avoid the man, but clipped his left side.
A car in the left lane then collided with the other car and fled from the crash scene.
The person in the car that hit the man got out and ran away without stopping to render aid, police said.
