Omaha, NEPolice say Jeffrey Gordon, 45, was thrown from his motorcycle after he struck the curb on North Airport Road near Linden Avenue. Gordon was transported to the hospital after the Sunday night crash, where he was pronounced dead. Police said speed and alcohol may be factors in the crash, but the accident remains under investigation.

Omaha, NEAn elderly Fremont woman was killed in a car accident in Fremont, Nebraska. Phyllis Eichmeier, 82, was driving east on an unnamed city street Friday evening when her car crossed the center line and collided with a westbound car. Eichmeier was transported to a Fremont hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Police and the Nebraska State Patrol are investigating the cause of the collision.

Omaha, NEAuthorities have released the names of two teenage boys who were killed in a collision between a car and semitrailer just north of Fremont.
The accident occurred just after 1 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 77 and Nebraska Highway 91.
The car driver was identified as 17-year-old Bryan Huff, of Fremont, and his passenger was identified as 15-year-old Dalan Brandt, of Hooper.

Omaha, NEFremont Fire Department ambulances transported six people to the hospital after an accident at U.S. Highway 30 and County Road 14 at about 2:40 p.m.
Hespen said members of the Baumann family, on there way to see the site of an accident that claimed a family member, were travelling east on U.S. 30 when their 2003 Oldsmobile four-door stopped to turn left onto County Road 14. The vehicle was then struck from behind by a 2010 Dodge Journey.
