Three people are recovering after being involved in a rollover crash Sunday morning. It happened just after 1 a.m. on 14 Mile Road at Lincoln Lake Road in Oakfield Township. According to a news release, 21-year-old Connor Steven Thomsen from Greenville lost control and rolled the vehicle. Thomsen suffered minor injuries. Trevor James Vanderburg, 21, and Chase Lee White, 24, were passengers in the vehicle and were taken to hospitals with serious injuries. Officials on scene stated that one of the passengers was thrown from the car. Officials believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.

Homicide-by-vehicle charges have been filed against a Lancaster man following a three-vehicle crash Saturday. According to reports, Carlos R. Garcia, 33, has been charged with homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle, accidents involving death while not properly licensed, endangering the welfare of children, reckless driving and driving while under suspension – DUI related. Reports indicate the crash occurred around 1:20 p.m. Saturday on the 1300 block of E. King St., Lancaster, when Garcia struck the rear of another vehicle.

A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants after a single-vehicle crash on state Highway 14 Saturday night. Charles Graves, 54, whose residence is unknown, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu west on the highway when his vehicle crashed and rolled just west of Lieser Road. When the Malibu came to rest, it was partially blocking one of the lanes and responding personnel blocked both westbound lanes of the highway for a brief period of time, Finn said.

One person is dead and another is in critical condition after Battle Creek Police say a truck struck two pedestrians late Saturday night. The accident happened around 11:30pm Saturday on Columbia Avenue, between Riverside Drive and Acacia Boulevard. Battle Creek Police say a red pickup truck was going eastbound on Columbia Ave struck two pedestrians walking on the south side of Columbia Ave. A 22-year-old female was transported by ambulance to Battle Creek Bronson, but was pronounced dead at the hospital.

A missing snowmobiler was found dead after he apparently crashed on an ice-covered lake in Walworth County over the weekend. Searchers were called to Lake Delavan around 8 a.m. Sunday to look for the 51-year-old man who had been missing about 12 hours. Investigators said the man's family found his snowmobile out on the frozen lake Sunday morning and called police.

Drunk driving is believed to be the cause of a deadly wrong-way crash involving three vehicles in the Winchester area of Riverside County Saturday night. The fatal incident occurred at the intersection of Leon Road and Domenigoni Parkway around 10:10 p.m. Gerardo Cornejo, 20, of Nuevo was driving a 1994 Honda Civic westbound in the eastbound lane when he slammed head-on into a 2007 Suzuki RX4. That's when the 20-year-old spun around, and was hit by a Dodge Ram pickup truck.

Two people were injured in a Milwaukie head-on crash Friday night that investigators said was alcohol related. At 7:40 p.m., two cars collided closing Johnson Creek Boulevard between Southeast Linwood Avenue and Southeast Stanley Avenue for about an hour, said the Milwaukie police. Both drivers were taken to the hospital. Police did not reveal their conditions. There were no passengers in either vehicle. Police said alcohol was likely a factor in the collision.

An East Haven man was charged with manslaughter and driving under the influence Saturday after allegedly causing a car accident that killed another driver. According to state police, Drew Bridgman, 23, was driving south on Route 8 when he struck the rear of the vehicle in front of him, forcing both cars into the median. Bridgman's vehicle struck a guardrail and the other vehicle rolled over, striking a concrete bridge support, state police said.

Police in Atlanta's northwest suburbs are investigating a crash that claimed the life of a pedestrian and resulted in charges of drunken driving and vehicular homicide. Cobb County police say 50-year-old James Underwood of Acworth was standing near his Ford F-150 pickup truck in Acworth around 12:40 a.m. Saturday. Police say he had stopped while distributing advertising signs along the side of the road.

A man was arrested for driving under the influence after crashing into a car and light pole and fleeing the scene in Antioch on Friday night. Police said around 7:15 p.m., a 48-year-old man was driving near the intersection of A and West Third streets when he crossed into the opposite lane of traffic and struck a car. After the crash the man kept driving, only coming to a stop after he hit a light pole and his car became disabled, police said. Police said he then exited the car and ran.
