Troopers say 50-year-old Steven Covert of West Richland was killed Tuesday night on State Route 224 near Kingston Road. Covert was hit by 33-year-old Natalie Lincoln at around 8pm. Lincoln was driving her Taurus eastbound heading over the Van Giesen Bridge when she hit Covert's Grand Am, and also totaled another driver's Subaru Outback.
