Troopers say they're still investigating the accident and it's unclear whether alcohol or drugs were involved.

Lincoln was driving her Taurus eastbound heading over the Van Giesen Bridge when she hit Covert's Grand Am, and also totaled another driver's Subaru Outback. Three people were injured from the accident including a 15 year old juvenile who was a passenger in Covert's car. What money damages are recoverable in a death claim?
