Genie Webb and he 3 year old daughter Lydia were passing through a crosswalk when they were struck by a passing vehicle. Webb, who was 38 weeks pregnant at the time, threw her daughter to safety and fortunately suffered only a minor ankle injury. Her baby was delivered by Casarean section and is doing fine. Police are searching for the vehicle that hit her, a late model gray SUV. Anyone with information is asked to call 262-635-7768.
The boy was crossing Washington Avenue on foot when an SUV hit him and threw him into the westbound lane. His condition is not currently known, but witnesses say he was bleeding from the head and having issues breathing. 29-year-old man killed, after his motorcycle crashes on Hill Valley Road near the town of Waterford.
A 29-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash Sunday morning in the Racine County town of Waterford.
A passer-by in the 37000 block of Hill Valley Road found the man shortly before 3 a.m., the Racine County Sheriff's Department reported.
The victim was not wearing a helmet, and lifesaving efforts at the scene failed, the Sheriff's Department said.
The man, a resident of the Town of Waterford, has not yet been identified publicly.
