A pedestrian in Huntington Beach was killed after being hit by two different drivers. Authorities are searching for the second driver. Police say the incident happened around 4:30 a.m. Saturday at Pacific Coast Highway and Brookhurst Street. Authorities say the first driver hit the pedestrian and stopped. But a second vehicle hit the man. That driver left the scene and has not been identified. The name of the 28-year-old pedestrian will not be released until the family is notified.
A multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-tractor trailer and several pickup trucks in southwest Yorkville left at least one person injured Friday morning on Route 47 and Walker Road.
The driver of a pickup ran a stop sign on Walker Road near Route 47 about 7:15 a.m. and was T-boned by a tractor trailer, which forced another pickup to crash, according to Illinois State Police.
Police said serious injuries resulted from the crash, though the exact number of people injured was not immediately available.

A New Hampshire man is dead following a two-vehicle accident in Amherst.
Police say 62-year-old John Ferraro of Amherst was travelling east on Route 101A Friday afternoon when his vehicle crossed the centerline and struck an oncoming vehicle.
Ferraro was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other sports utility vehicle was taken to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Police say the accident is under investigation.
