At about 7:40am, Gray was allegedly driving a pickup truck to the west on Highway 140 when he for some reason departed the roadway and struck a lamp post and highway sign before the pickup rolled several times and ejected Zimmer and Young-Wellbaum. None of the three occupants were wearing seat belts, but while Zimmer and Young-Wellbaum were both dead at the scene, Gray survived with injuries and was taken to a medical facility by an unknown passerby. Police ask anyone with any information about said passerby to call them at 541-883-5711.

A Dennis man has been charged with motor vehicle manslaughter after a speeding car slammed into a boulder, flew through the air, and ended up suspended in a tree in Yarmouth. James Rebello III, 33, was arrested and charged with manslaughter by motor vehicle, speeding, failure to stop, failure to stay within marked lanes, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The crash happened on Blue Rock Road in South Yarmouth just before 1:30 a.m. on Saturday. First responders found Steven Berrio, 28, of Harwich, on the ground after he was ejected during the accident.

A St. Ann man was killed early Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed on the Interstate 170 ramp to westbound Interstate 70. The deceased driver was identified as Paul R. Brown, 48. Brown's 1996 GMC Savana van exited the left side of the road, hit a ditch, and rolled over. Brown, who was ejected from the van, was pronounced deceased at the crash site.

At about 12:47pm, Williams was driving on Route 711 when she failed to negotiate a curve, departed the roadway on the right side, and hit an embankment before rolling over into a utility pole. Williams was pronounced dead at the scene, but she had two passengers, a 12-year-old and a 16-year-old, who were both injured in the crash, and one of them was found unconscious and partially ejected from the vehicle. As of now, the 16-year-old is in stable condition, while 12-year-old is in more serious condition.

Florida Highway Patrol says that a car was stopped at the stop sign at Northwest 100th Street, then moved beyond the stop sign and entered onto County Road 25A, when a second car that was headed south on CR 25A struck the front of the car coming from Northwest 100th Street and spun it around 360 degrees. The impact ejected the driver onto the roadway. At this point the car then ran over the victim as it spun around, killing her, according to officials. The victim, identified as Karalea D. Walker, 50, was not wearing a seat belt.

A Pawnee man was critically injured in an accident early Christmas morning. Russell Hazlip, 24, of Pawnee, was heading east on State Highway 15 when his vehicle left the road to the left. Hazlip then over-corrected and exited the road to the right, hitting a fence. The vehicle rolled several times, and Hazlip was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to a Tulsa hospital by Air-Evac where he is being treated for serious injuries.

On Christmas Day, Jordan Robinson of Easley was driving a 2003 Honda east on Breazeale Road at 5:20 p.m. about two miles south of Pickens when the vehicle ran off the roadway, struck a culvert, and finally overturned. Police said the driver wasn’t wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was brought to Baptist Easley Hospital, where he later died. San Antonio police have identified a deceased person found Christmas Eve on the city's near South Side. Samantha Contreras, 23, was found deceased Wednesday in the 300 block of Cordero Street near Burbank High School. Police believe that she was the victim of a car accident.  They say she was the driver of a Honda Element when she lost control of the vehicle, rolled the SUV multiple times, and was ejected from the vehicle. Her body landed underneath a truck parked at a residence.

Scott Gadsby, 46, of Parker was ejected from the 2000 Toyota 4Runner he was driving after losing control in the icy conditions and rolling over on E-470 south of Denver. The crash occurred in the northbound lanes at about 7:40 p.m. about one mile from Interstate 25, and Gadsby was pronounced dead at the scene.

At about 12:40pm, police were called to the scene of an accident where a car and motorcycle collided, and the car rolled over and a baby that was inside was ejected a sustained serious to critical injuries. Both the driver of the car and the driver of the motorcycle were pronounced dead. We will update this accident as more information is released.
