San Antonio, TXThe motorcyclist was waiting a red light when a Cadillac hit him from behind. The biker was thrown from his vehicle and suffered head, chest, and leg injuries. The driver of the Cadillac was arrested for DWI and Intoxication Assault. The motorcyclist was taken to a local medical center. No identities have been released yet.

Charlotte, NCOne man is dead after driving into a construction zone and hitting a tractor Saturday afternoon. Lewis Edward Gilbert, 32, was driving his Honda Accord around 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Old Little Rock Road and Flint Rock Road when he drove through a stop sign and into a construction site, smashing into a tractor with a backhoe attached. The impact caused the tractor to crash into a propane tank. Gilbert was transported to CMC Main where he died just before 4:30 p.m. It is not yet known if alcohol was involved in the accident.
