Seattle-Tacoma, WAWitnesses called 911 to report a hit-and-run collision involving a 17-year old boy who was struck by a newer model Dodge Magnum while skateboarding. Police found the suspect’s vehicle and identified the driver who had been behind the wheel as a 16-year-old boy from Renton. Finnell was taken to the hospital, but later died from his injuries. The hit-and-run suspect is in custody at the King County Juvenile Detention Facility.
