Saturday, December 20, 2014The 15-year-old victim of a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Saturday night has been identified as Chiar Raymond of Boynton Beach. Raymond was walking home after attending an event at Boynton Beach High School when he was struck by a vehicle that then fled the scene. Boynton police are attempting to find for the vehicle, described as a red or maroon Mercedes, possibly a four-door sedan, with damage to the passenger's side mirror and front bumper. Police said a car heading northbound at 2000 block of High Ridge Road hit the teen, who was walking north alongside the roadway, about 11:15 p.m.

Saturday, December 20, 2014Khiar Raymond was walking home after an event at his high school with his older brother and a friend. They were walking on High Ridge Road when a car struck Raymond. The driver fled the crash scene. Raymond was rushed to a local medical center where he later died. The suspect is a white female driving a red four-door sedan with damahe to the passenger side.
