A truck driven by William Gay lost control and struck a curb, then rolled over in Pinal County just outside of Maricopa on Thursday, ejecting all three of its occupants.Two teen passengers were killed, identified as Josiah Abbott and Morgan Martin, both of Maricopa. Gay was seriously injured in the accident.

A 26-year-old woman made a turn off of 103 Avenue and struck a vehicle driven by a 38-year-old man. The impact caused the woman's vehicle to flip onto its side. The man was hospitalized with serious injuries and the woman along with her passenger, a 5-year-old boy, were hospitalized with minor injuries. No names have been released.

A 40-year-old man and his 6-year-old son are injured and in serious condition after being struck by a white SUV in Phoenix Wednesday evening. The accident occured around 6 p.m. near 32nd Street and Virginia Avenue. The SUV driver apparently didn't see the pair as they crossed the street that has been described as dimly lit. The investigation is ongoing.

A 4-year-old child was struck and killed by a truck driven by his stepfather at their home on Lomita Avenue in Kingman, Arizona. The truck was loaded with hay, and the child, who had been told to go inside apparently went behind the truck instead. No charges have been filed.

A 14-year-old boy was hit crossing the street at Grand Avenue in Glendale, Arizona Monday night. The incident occured around 6:45 p.m. when the boy, who dismounted his skateboard to cross, was hit by a Hyundai sedan. The driver, a 76-year-old woman, stayed at the scene. Police say it is unclear whether or not the boy had used the crosswalk. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Glandale Police Vehicular Crimes detectives are investigating, and have determined that speed and impairment were not a factor in this accident.

3 1/2 month old baby was killed and three injured after a rollover crash on Saturday morning on State Route 238 near Maricopa, Arizona. Three adults, identified as Dean Lamoreaux, Ruth Hollingshead, and Wayne Hollingshead and four children were riding in the vehicle that crashed. Three of the victims were flown by helicopter to the hospital. The crash investigation is ongoing.

The boy was not wearing a helmet and was riding in a place he was told not to go and lost control. Fortunately, the boy's 14-year-old cousin was able to lift the quad off of him and call for help. The boy is in the Phoenix Children's Hospital and is expected to recover.

Both vehicles were heavily damaged. Authorities said the driver of the semi sustained serious injuries and was treated and taken to a Flagstaff hospital, but she was wearing her seatbelt and was able to get out of the cab of the truck on her own before rescue crews arrived. The accident is being investigated.

Though the children were taken to Phoenix Children's Hospital and are all expected to survive, the woman was flown to a hospital and sustained life-threatening injuries after being ejected from the vehicle.

The 4-year-old girl's injuries appeared be non-life threatening, but she had to be freed from one of the vehicles by firefighters. The crash also seriously injured a 31-year-old man who was taken to a hospital, Jacinto said. Two women, aged 20 and 22, suffered minor injuries and were also being transported to hospitals, Jacinto said.
