Reif said the boy whose name is withheld at this time moved to the side of the garage where he was run over as the truck was backing up. He was dead at the scene. Reif said an investigation is ongoing but that there will be no charges filed in the case.
A 4-year-old child was struck and killed by a truck driven by his stepfather at their home on Lomita Avenue in Kingman, Arizona. The truck was loaded with hay, and the child, who had been told to go inside apparently went behind the truck instead. No charges have been filed.
