Madison, WIIt was about 3:10 p.m. when 37-year-old Shawn F. Constantini was driving an ATV in the gravel driveway of a residence on Horan Road, and he crashed into a utility pole. A 6-year-old child that was not wearing a helmet was sitting in front of him on the ATV and sustained severe injuries. Constantini sustained some minor injuries, and was arrested for causing great bodily injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle and bail jumping. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
Charles Thomas Miller, 41, killed in motorcycle accident on Taft Avenue in Asheville, North Carolina

Saturday, April 25, 2015Charles Thomas Miller, 41, was driving a Kawasaki Ninja when it left the roadway, crashing into a front yard along Taft Avenue. Miller died from his injuries. According to Police, Miller was not wearing a helmet and there were no other vehicles involved.

Tulsa, OKA motorcycle crash on Highway 412 near 129th West Avenue killed Jerimy Dale Townley, 36, just after 11:30 Friday night in Tulsa County. Townley was traveling east on Highway 412 when his motorcycle exited the road and collided with a cable barrier. Townley was transported to a Tulsa hospital and pronounced deceased upon arrival.

Denver, COIt was just after 9:00 p.m. when a UTV driven by Kevin Harvey, 53, crashed in an off-road rollover on private property near Moffat County Road 78. One of the passengers, only identified as a 9-year-old boy, was pinned by the vehicle and sustained severe head injuries. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. Kevin Sidener, 35, and a 12-year-old girl were also passengers in the UTV, but there is no word on whether or not they were injured.

Lexington, KYTaylor Woods of Waynesburg was killed Friday evening when a car, driven by Justin Denson, 31, crossed over the center line of KY 837 and crashed head-on into Woods' motorcycle. in Casey County, Kentucky which occurred around 5:00 p.m. on Friday on Highway 837 east of Liberty. Woods was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene. Denson, of Liberty, was airlifted to UK Hospital in Lexington with unknown injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Presque Isle, MEPaul Tarr was riding a motorcycle estbound on River Road when he lost control of his motorcycle and it went off the road way, struck an embankment, and crashed. He was taken to Houlton Regional Hospital by ambulance and is expected to be transfered to a hospital in Bangor. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Jacksonville, FL14-year-old Joel Stephen Howell was riding an ATV to the north on Jaguar Drive at about 7:45 a.m. when he failed to properly negotiate a curve in the road, hit the curb, and was ejected from the vehicle. He was not wearing a helmet, sustained critical injuries, and has since been transported to UF Health Jacksonville.

Jacksonville, FLA man on a motorcycle was exiting I-295 southbound to turn north on Old St. Augustine Road when he lost control. The motorcycle turned on its side into the middle of the intersection. The 30-year-old driver was rushed to UF Heath Jacksonville, where he died. He was wearing a helmet, but speed may have been a factor.

Tampa-St. Petersburg, FLTraffic was congested at the intersection of Gibsonton Drive and Mathog Road at about 6:37 p.m., when 55-year-old Mark Marzuco entered the intersection from the right-turn lane but instead continued straight. It was then that 29-year-old Michael Moreno, turned left into the path of Marzuco, who struck his car with his motorcycle and was ejected from his bike. Marzuco, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead shortly after being airlifted to a hospital.

Oklahoma City, OKIt was about 7:15 p.m. when a 14-year-old boy was driving an ATV through a pasture in Caddo County and crashed into a cow. As he was not wearing a helmet or a seat belt, his vehicle flipped and he sustained a severe head injury. Responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
