A crash between a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle at 2:45 p.m. on the O'Connor Road overpass at Interstate 35 in San Antonio resulted in the death of the motorcyclist, identified as Wesley Blocker, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

Authorities said the crash occured around 7 p.m. on Arial Street in Pickens County. The moped was driving east when it ran off the road and struck the curb. The driver, identified as Gregory Alan Duncan, 47, was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene. Check for updates on this story as they emerge.

A fatal ATV accident occured around 5:37 p.m., and involved two people from Sand Springs. Oklahoma Highway Patrol say the driver lost control of his ATV at Motorcycle Island.  Moments later, both he and his female passenger became separated from the vehicle. The passenger, Denise Zawaski, was declared dead at the scene. The driver, Ty Gant, was sent to a Tulsa area hospital. Neither of the riders were wairing helmets. Allsup was driving his go-cart around on the roads, as he frequently did, when he drove into the path of an oncoming vehicle on Beach Drive and collided with it, sustaining serious head-injuries and finally being pronounced dead at the hospital. Investigators say that if Allsup had been wearing a helmet during the crash, it may have saved his life. The driver of the car was not speeding and will likely not be cited in this accident.

A fatal ATV crash happened Wednesday evening  just after 7 p.m., that killed Jeremiah T. Busam, 40, of Goshen. Busam was driving a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 800 Quad runner north on Shiloh Road when he exited the side of the road and crashed into a mailbox. Busam was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the crash site.

Chase Lewis Mills, 28, was killed and his female passenger minorly injured Tuesday night in an accident the Spartanburg County. The moped struck a van while turning from State 11 onto Ragan Street just before 7 p.m. Mills was killed, and his passenger was ejected and taken to Spartanburg Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. No one in the van was injured. Misting rain and fog may have been a factor. Neither person on the moped was wearing a helmet.

At 12:40 a.m. Thursday, Wesley Filson of St. Petersburg was entering the southbound lanes of I-275 from Roosevelt Boulevard when he failed to negotiate a right curve and drove onto a grass median, then overcorrected his 2008 Harley Davidson back onto the road and east shoulder, where the Harley overturned and he was thrown from the motorcycle. Filson was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene, according to troopers.

A man driving a motorcycle was killed Monday night in a two-vehicle collision on Florida A1A in St. Johns County at 6:30 p.m. in the 3900 block of South A1A in the St. Augustine Beach area. The crash occurred when a car pulled into the path of the motorcycle. A northbound Toyota sedan driven by Francis Langley, 90, of St. Augustine, made a left turn in front of the Harley-Davidson driven by Francis Campana, 52, of St Augustine. Campana, who was not wearing a helmet, crashed into the side of the car. He was pronounced deceased at the crash site.

A 61-year-old Ormond Beach motorcyclist died Saturday when his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle driven by an elderly woman in Volusia County. The motorcyclist, Robert Clayton, died after being transported to the hospital. Katherine Johnson, 82, was heading southbound on State Road 415 and was turning left on SR 44 when she cut in front of Clayton's motorcycle, which was going northbound. Clayton attempted to avoid a collision by braking and laying the motorcycle on the ground, but he was still hit. He was not wearing a helmet.
